Learn the ropes, step into a leasing role that see's you handle tenant relationships, applications, screening and shortlisting suitable tenants, conducting open & private inspections and assisting the team in all things property management. Saturday availability is required. - Property Officer, the natural step up for anyone that has been in the space for 1years, familiar with the leasing fundamentals, legislation and ready to take on more duties. You will be working directly with a team of Property Managers, assisting on portfolio management needs, maintenance & repairs, shortlisted tenant applications, routines, inspections and much more. Rotating Saturday's may be required.
